Shipping policy

ATPROSS currently ships to the United States and 23 European destinations. Shipping eligibility for a product is determined by the delivery address, market availability, inventory, and the methods shown at checkout.

Where we ship

United States: The 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, PO boxes, and other addresses that an available carrier cannot serve are excluded.

Europe: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time: 2 business days.

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 3-8 business days, depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier capacity, customs, weather, address issues, and peak-season demand can cause delays.

Shipping charges

• United States: Standard shipping is free for eligible delivery addresses.
• European destinations: Economy shipping is USD 10 for orders below USD 50. Standard shipping is free for orders of USD 50 or more.

Shopify may display the applicable shipping charge in the local market currency. The methods, price, and eligibility shown at checkout for the delivery address are the final shipping terms for that order.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes vary by destination. Any amount collected by ATPROSS will be shown at checkout. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when it is available from the carrier. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. For shipping questions, contact service@atprossboard.com.
