At ATPROSS, we pride ourselves on product quality and strict quality control. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return guarantee on all orders. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and shipping fees.
1. Return Timeframe
All return and refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Shipping Fees
- For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost will be shared equally between ATPROSS and the customer (50% each).
- For quality-related returns, ATPROSS will bear the full return shipping cost.
- Note: Returns due to non-quality issues are not supported in remote areas due to logistics limitations.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new condition, including original packaging, unused warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories.
4. Return Process
- Please contact our Customer Support team via email at service@atprossboard.com before returning any item.
- ATPROSS provides free door-to-door pickup service. Pack your return item in the original packaging, affix the pickup label we provide, and wait for the courier to collect it.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please inspect the package upon delivery and refuse the shipment if damaged. Contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.
- Refund timeline: Once a refund is confirmed after consultation with our customer service team, you will receive your refund within 5 business days.
5. Exchanges and Warranty
- We commit to replacing any damaged or defective products that do not carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
- For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
6. Address Change Policy
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Due to tax and regulatory compliance, ATPROSS cannot change delivery addresses after an order has been placed.

Send an email to service@atprossboard.com with the subject line including your reason (“RETURN”, “INCORRECT ITEM”, or “DAMAGED”) and your order number. Attach any relevant photos to help us process your request quickly.
